Marsh Moth Madness

Join conservation staff as they survey moth species and other nocturnal insects at NWC. We will set up a "moth trap" aka a big sheet and light to attract the moths. We'll use field guides, iNaturalist, and other apps to identify individuals and document the diversity of moth species on-site. For ages 8 and up.

We host experts to lead programs such as nature photography and Georgia’s Turtles. There is always facepainting, live animals, guided tours, and storytelling.
